The mission of the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is to promote and support philanthropy through a program that is employee focused, cost-efficient, and effective in providing all civilian federal, postal and military employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all.
Pledges made by civilian federal, postal and military donors during the campaign season support eligible international, national and local non-profit organizations that provide health and human service benefits throughout the world. To download a copy of the 2014 CFC Brochure or to utilize the Universal Giving Search Tool and to fill out your Pledge Card see our How to Give page.
Thanks to the generosity of civilian federal, postal and military employees from South Central Kansas, the 2013 Combined Federal Campaign raised $358,526 to benefit 535 national, 33 international and 74 local charities. See Top Agencies for 2013 regarding the campaign results.
The Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) provides oversight for the South Central Kansas Combined Federal Campaign and also determines eligibility for local charities that apply to participate in the campaign.
The CFC is under the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). OPM has designated responsibility for day to day management of the CFC to the Office of CFC Operations (OCFCO). For more information go to http://www.opm.gov/cfc.
