The CFC is a service provided to all Federal employees and serves Military personnel, civilian Federal employees, and US. Postal Service employees. The CFC serves the charitable needs of Federal employees by providing:

• Convenient once-a-year workplace giving
• Opportunityto use payroll deduction
• Lowers administrative cost of the charitable agencies

When you make a voluntary contribution, only the organizations(s) you specifically designate receive the contribution(s). Undesignated funds are shared among all agencies proportional to the amount of the designation they received.
